Reports

Reports summarize any object: group by one field (and a second one for a matrix), count records or sum amounts, filter by owner or date. Save a report, pin it to your Home page as a chart, export it to CSV, or schedule it by email (daily or weekly).

Home dashboard

Home shows your pipeline, closing deals, open cases, tasks due and the reports you pinned.

Forecasts

Forecasts show the quarter by forecast category (Pipeline, Best Case, Commit, Closed) per seller, against their quota. Managers see their team.
