Shape SoliCRM to your business without code. All of it lives in Setup (admins only).

Custom fields

Add text, number, date, checkbox or picklist fields to accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and cases. Mark them required; they appear on forms, record pages, list filters, reports and the API.

Validation rules

Make a field required under a condition — for example Loss reason is required when stage is Closed Lost.

Custom objects

Create your own objects (Projects, Shipments…) with their own fields. Their records have list and detail pages under More → Custom Objects.

Page layouts

Setup → Page layouts is a drag-and-drop builder for record pages:

• drag fields to reorder them, or drop them in Hidden;
• add section headings to group fields;
• design a default layout and, if needed, a different one for admins or members;
• see the result in the live preview before saving.

Custom fields can be marked admins only: members then don't see them on pages, forms, filters or the API, and cannot change them.

Company information

Setup → Company holds what your documents print: trading and legal name, address, VAT and registration numbers, bank details, currency, payment terms, default tax rate, legal mentions and footer.
