Let SoliCRM do the repetitive work.

Workflow rules

The simplest automation: when a field becomes a value, create a task or set a field. Configure them in Setup → Fields & rules.

Flows

Setup → Flows builds record-triggered flows step by step:

1. Start — the object, and whether the flow runs when a record is created, updated, or both.
2. Entry conditions — field tests such as stage changes to Closed Won or amount is greater than 10000, combined with all or any.
3. Steps, in order — create a task, update a field, send an email, push a notification. Insert record values with {{field}}, for example Kick-off with {{name}}.
4. Waits — give a step Wait before (days) to run it later (a scheduled path). Delayed steps check the conditions again before running.

Every run is logged in the flow's run history, with what each step did.

Approvals

Deals discounted above 20 % need approval before they can be quoted or won; above 40 % they need a second approval by an admin. Submit from the opportunity; approvers decide in More → Approvals.

Assignment and territories

Assignment rules route cases by field values. Territories (Setup → Territories) group countries under owners; they nest, so Iberia can sit under EMEA. Imported accounts go to the most specific territory owner, and Run assignment reassigns existing accounts.
